Combine eggs, salt, sugar. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add rice, vanilla and raisins.
Turn into greased casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set in pan of warm water and bake in moderate
oven (350° F.) for 50-60 minutes or until set. For custard cups, bake 30-35
minutes.
Serves 5-6.
