Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Add sugar and stir until sugar and butter
well blended. Add vanilla and, if the mixture is too dry, a little cream. It should be firm and
moist enough to form into small balls. Roll the little balls in cocoa and place in individual
candy papers.
