Cream butter and sugar thoroughly, add vanilla and eggs, next add combined cocoa and flour,
beat well. Add nut meats. Bake in well buttered baking pan in a moderate oven (350° F.)
20 to 25 minutes. Cool, cut into squares or strips before removing from pan.
