with my allergies; also for energy boost before a meeting:
1/2 to l tsp. freshly grated powdered dried ginger root in one cup
water;
simmer slow boil 10 minutes.
If you want you might add a peppercorn of your choice: Malabar,
Tellicherry
Extra Bold, Tellicherry Mangalore.
